Zhengzhou New Generation Furniture Co., Ltd. is located in Zhengzhou City, the capital of Henan Province, and our factory is located in Luoyang City, Yibin District, China’s largest steel furniture industrial region. Our factory, established in 2010, with ten years’ development, has become a leading steel furniture manufacturer locally. Our workshop covers an area of 61,000 m2 with 5 automatic production lines, including 20 million RMB equipment such as roboticized laser cutting lines, automated bending centers, and environmentally friendly powder coating lines. We produce printed steel wardrobes, steel cupboards, steel multi-function storage cabinets, filing cabinets, steel shelves, and other kinds of steel office furniture, home furniture, hospital and school furniture, etc.

2010
First Factory Established
In March 2010, our first workshop was established in the town of Pangcun, Yibin District, Luoyang City.
In May 2013, we moved to our newly self-built 5000 m2 workshop, which is located in the town of Pangcun, Yibin District, Luoyang City.

Increase of Production Capacity
In January 2015, our factory added a home furniture production line and increased monthly production capacity to 5,000pcs.
In March 2016, our factory invested 2 million to launch a large-scale equipment upgrade, including several laser cutting machines, digital control bending centers and other advanced equipment, and increased the monthly production capacity to 10,000pcs.

New High-tech Manufacturing Machines
In January 2018, to meet the demands of fast growing needs, our factory expanded to 11000 m2 and added 5 million worth of high-tech manufacturing machines, including 3 new robotic laser cutting lines, more than 8 automated bending machines and digital welding centers, which increased our monthly production capacity to 15,000pcs.
In September 2020, 19000 m2 workshop and more than 6 million worth of new equipment was put to use, together with 1 new production lines, increasing our monthly production capacity to 30,000pcs.

Eco-Friendly Factory
In April 2021, we upgraded our pollution treatment system and got certified as an environmentally friendly factory by our government’s Environmental Protection Agency. At the same time, we upgraded our original printing system to make the printing on the surface more delicate, attractive and unfadeable.
In April 2023, We consolidated our e-commerce and foreign trade business and transferred it to our office in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province. We set up a subsidiary company: Zhengzhou New Generation Furniture Tech Co., Ltd., to be our e-commerce and foreign trade operating center, which can obtain the human resource advantage of Zhengzhou.
