Exploring the Benefits of Automated Processes in Steel Furniture Production

Automated equipment is now widely used in the production of steel furniture. Its application not only enhances production efficiency but also ensures strict quality control over the products, while simultaneously reducing labor costs. This has contributed to the increasing popularity of steel furniture in the market.

Various processes in steel furniture production use automated equipment:

Cutting: The new automated laser cutting machines no longer require manual operation. With just a few adjustments on the control panel, the machine can automatically execute cutting tasks. This not only improves production efficiency but also ensures precision and smoothness at the cut edges.

Bending: When workers place steel plates on CNC bending machines, they only need to input parameters such as bending angle, dimensions, and bending radius into the program. The machine can then automatically complete the bending operation. This ensures that the bending angle of each plate is consistent, even when processing steel plates of different lengths.

Welding: Automated laser welding machines can perform various welding processes, precisely and flexibly welding different parts of the plate. Regardless of the thickness or shape of the material, intelligent automated welding equipment can quickly and efficiently complete the welding task with higher precision.

Powder Coating: Untreated steel plates first undergo pretreatment in an automated production line, including degreasing, derusting, cleaning, and phosphating, to ensure a clean and dirt-free surface. The steel plates are then conveyed by an automatic chain into the powder coating booth for high-temperature spraying and curing. The surfaces treated with this automated powder coating process are smoother, with stronger adhesion of the coating, superior corrosion resistance, and better aging resistance compared to manual spraying.

Print Pattern: When creating intricate patterns, workers only need to input the design into the computer, and the UV printer will automatically print the pattern onto the furniture surface. These prints are not only vivid but also resistant to fading. The printed designs on our steel wardrobes, created using this technology, have always been popular with our customers.

The application of automated equipment in the steel furniture industry has broken the limitations of traditional production methods, injecting new vitality into the industry. From our perspective as steel furniture manufacturers and suppliers, this combination of high-tech intelligence and practicality in automated production lines not only enhances our factory’s delivery capabilities but also provides customers with higher quality and more consistent products.
