Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory?
Our factory is located in Luoyang City, Yibin District, China’s largest steel furniture industrial region. We are glad to have your visit. If you plan to visit our factory, please contact us in advance, and we will arrange to pick you up at the airport or high-speed railway station.
How large is your factory? What qualifications do you have?
Our workshop covers an area of 61,000 m2 with 5 automatic production lines, including 20 million RMB equipment such as roboticized laser cutting lines, automated bending centers, and environmentally friendly powder coating lines. Our R&D department has more than 10 senior engineers and professional designers. In our workshops, there are nearly 200 skilled workers who have been working in this field for over 10 years. We have consistently maintained a high standard of production, and got ISO9001, ISO14001 and other strict certifications.

Our warranty generally ranges from 3 to 5 years. We offer different warranty policies to our clients, and the details will be discussed and confirmed with you during the process.

Do you accept OEM or ODM? Which products are customizable?
Both OEM & ODM have been our business for over ten years. All of our furniture are customizable, such as printed steel wardrobes, steel mobile pedestals, steel multi-function storage cabinets, filing cabinets, and steel shelves.
Which details of the product are customizable?
Our products are fully customizable, such as material, thickness, printed pattern, color, etc. Your custom request will be designed by our professional steel furniture designers, ensuring that the products meet your expectations.
Can I print my company name, brand, logo, barcode and other information on the product and packaging?
Yes, both products and packaging are customizable. You can print your brand, logo, barcode and other copywriting in any language you prefer.
I can't find the product I want on your website, what should I do?
Don’t worry about it, our experienced designers can design any steel furniture you want, turning your idea or just a picture into real design and products.
I want to print some of our local traditional patterns on the product, but I only have photos, can you do that?
Of course, we can do that! Our senior designers specialize in creating patterns from various cultures to print on our furniture. We can turn your photos or ideas into real pattern design.
Can you design products for us if we are unable to do so? Do you charge for it?
We will design products for you for free! Our experienced designer will be glad to help you with that.
Can I get a sample from you? How is the sample charged?
For urgent request, your sample will be completed within 24 hours, including drawing design and sample production. Generally, it takes 2-3 days. We will cover the design cost, which is free for you. The sample will be charged the same price as in big order, plus shipping cost.

We accept payment such as T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, and MoneyGram. We also support payments through Alibaba as a third-party guarantee. For small orders, credit card or PayPal is also available.
